Junior Sales Executive

Weesp, Netherlands | Hybrid (up to 2 days/week in office)

Base Salary: €3,000 – €3,750/month + 13th & 14th Month + Commission

We are a Dutch consultancy delivering tailored software and digital transformation solutions across both public and private sectors. Headquartered in Weesp, we combine innovation with practical solutions that help organizations grow and modernize. We’re now looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Executive who wants to kickstart their career in sales. What You’ll Do

• Learn how to identify opportunities and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email follow-ups, LinkedIn outreach, and other campaigns
• Support the sales team in qualifying leads and moving them through the pipeline
• Build confidence in developing client relationships and understanding their business needs
• Work closely with the Sales Manager, receiving training, mentoring, and coaching along the way
• Gain exposure to go-to-market strategies and service offerings
• Keep the CRM updated and report progress to the team

What We’re Looking For

• Someone motivated to start a career in sales – no prior experience required, though any customer-facing or sales-related background is a plus
• Native or fluent Dutch speaker, with good communication skills in Dutch and English
• A curious, energetic, and positive personality who enjoys talking to people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
• A willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop your sales skills in a structured way
• Team player with a proactive mindset
